About

Hi, I'm Abel — an R&D Engineer in Computer Science and AI, based in Béziers, France. I've always loved science, math especially: it's usually where I start when trying to understand a problem, long before I write a single line of code.
I currently work at APS on machine-learning-assisted industrial planning (Industry 4.0, distributed cyber-physical production systems), after a stint at LISIC designing deep learning models for denoising path-traced images. My background: a Master's in Complex Systems Engineering (AI) from EILCO, after two years of Data Science at IMSP in Benin. In between, plenty of deep learning (CNNs, RAG, LLMs), some high-performance computing, and data pipelines on AWS/GCP.
This site is where I gather my reflections, what I'm learning, and the projects I work on — professional or just for fun. A personal, unpretentious space that grows with me.
When I'm not coding, I'm probably solving a math problem for fun, outside watching something alive, on a basketball court, or lost in a book.
